This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided through www.yoomoot.com and www.yoomootpro.com (the "Service"). www.yoomoot.com and www.yoomootpro.com (the "Sites") is operated by yoomoot LLP ("yoomoot, "us", "we" and "our") (Registered office at 5 Beaconsfield Terrace Road, London W14 0PP; registered in England and Wales, registered number: OC345754). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from people – both registered and non-registered – accessing yoomoot.com and www.yoomootpro.com (collectively "you", "your" "Users" and the "User"), how we use that information, and what choices you have. By accessing the Sites you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and are aware that our policies may evolve in the future.

Please note that in order provide the Service your data may be transferred to countries outside the UK, including countries outside the European Economic Area.

In the event of some or all of yoomoot's assets coming under the ownership of another company, it is likely that user information will be part of the assets transferred. If, as a result of the business transaction, user information is to be used in a way other than those stated in this privacy policy, yoomoot will endeavour to notify all Users of such changes beforehand.


Publicly posted information

If you are a registered User please note that anything you post to yoomoot.com (but not yoomootpro.com ), except private messages, is publicly available. If you have a yoomoot.com account, the username you have chosen during registration process is also visible to all users of the Service. Your profile page may show certain statistics and actions regarding your use of the Service, such as what "moots" you have added and how many you have added. Information you choose to include in your profile will also be publicly available. yoomoot does not control, and is not responsible for, the use of any information or content that you have exposed to the public through your use of the Service.

yoomootpro profile information and content is not visible to the public. However it is visible to all other members of the yoomootpro subsite of which the profile and content are a part.


Your privacy choices

Nearly all email correspondence sent to Users via the Service may be prevented at any time by clicking on the "settings" link on the Site and adjusting the settings accordingly. The only email correspondence which cannot be stopped via the settings is the once-a-month "reminder" email and exceptional emails with important announcements regarding the Service. Users can stop these emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of the emails.


You may modify and delete the information you provided via your profile by logging in and editing your user profile (click on your username on the Site).

Please note that information you have exposed to the public through your use of the Service may remain indefinitely. If another User replies with a follow-up question or answer to something you have posted, then, unless you are a moderator, you may not delete your own post.




Accessing your information

If you request it we will provide you with details of the personally-identifiable information we hold about you. We are entitled by law to charge a £10 processing fee for this.


Security

Access to personally-identifiable information is restricted to only those employees and agents who need to access it to perform their job functions. We utilize security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access and unlawful process, destruction, damage and accidental loss. Please note that we rely on you to select passwords that cannot be easily guessed and to not disclose these passwords.


Children

We do not intend that children under 13 use the Service and will not acception registration from them. We do not solicit or knowingly collect information from children under 13.
