How can I get the most out of Yoomoot?

Add categories to your favorites or create a new category
Not many people are interested in everything, so find some categories that you want to talk about and add it to your favorites (click the little star icon). By default you'll be emailed whenever a new moot is posted in your favorite categories (you can turn off emails by clicking the little envelope icon).
If you can't find one that interests you, create your own .
yoomoot is designed to function as a family of overlapping niche communities, centred around categories.

Use Yoomoot to blog
Your Yoomoot profile page is like a blog. Yoomoot is a more satisfying blogging tool than standard blogging tools because it's more social: every post can be as much a part of a wider conversation as a standalone article.

Reply to things by asking a question and then answering your own question
If you want to comment on a moot you need to reword your comment as a question and answer. So for if I wanted to comment that "rosesare pretty", on Yoomoot I would have to ask "Are roses pretty?" andthen answer "yes".
By engaging in conversations in this way you'll see how it makes complex conversations more organized and focused.
