I'm looking now for a while for a design for my website. But I'm unsure whom to ask and how much to invest.
I found a 15 year old boy from egypt, he offered me a deal for 530$. But that whole situation, giving a 15 year old boy 530$ = that's strange.
Can somebody give me advice where to ask for a unqiue design that tells intuitively what the the site is about. A design company that is good in understanding.
